Job Summary

Capital Engineering Services (Pvt) Limited is seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The role ensures smooth office functioning by assisting with documentation, communication, and coordination among staff and departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Answer and redirect phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assist in maintaining office records and databases
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events
  • Welcome and guide visitors to the office
  • Support HR and administrative staff as required
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum intermediate or bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in office administration (fresh graduates can apply)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures
