Capital Engineering Services (Pvt) Limited is seeking a professional and proactive HR Officer (Female) to manage HR operations, employee relations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will help foster a positive workplace culture, support recruitment, and ensure smooth HR processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of staff, including job postings, screening, and interviews
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
  • Coordinate employee attendance, leaves, and payroll support
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain confidentiality
  • Organize training, workshops, and HR events
  • Support management in staff coordination and communication

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or office management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
