Job Summary

Capital Engineering Services (Pvt) Limited is seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to oversee client accounts, manage project financials, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will maintain strong client relationships, monitor budgets, and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery
  • Assist in contract management, invoicing, and billing
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to financial targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Support business development and client retention initiatives
  • Generate periodic reports for management on account performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, project finance, or client relations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/project management software
  • Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting
