Construction Manager

Job Summary

Capital Engineering Services (Pvt) Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and standards
  • Lead and coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management
  • Ensure implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards
  • Resolve technical issues and provide on-site decision-making
  • Manage procurement planning and material utilization
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and project close-out

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
  • 1–2 years of experience in construction/project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
  • Experience in handling multi-disciplinary construction projects
